Casa Grande is a 12 story building (painted in primary colors) across the street from (just west of) the Brickell Metrorail Station on the west (northbound) lane of SW 1st Avenue, between SW 10th and 9th Street. 


Directions: Heading South on I-95

1. At I-95 Exit 2 SW 7th St., turn off onto Ramp
2. Bear LEFT (South) onto SW 4th Ave
3. Turn LEFT (East) onto SW 8th St (US-41 [SR-90]/ Calle Ocho)
4. Turn RIGHT (South) onto SW 2nd Ave
5. Turn LEFT (East) onto SW 11th St
6. Turn LEFT (North) onto SW 1st Ave

The Brickell Metrorail Station divides SW 1st Avenue in two: Southbound 1st Avenue traffic runs on the lanes east of the station. The west lane of SW 1st Avenue (where the Casa Grande building sits) runs northbound, but is interrupted by numerous one-way and dead-end streets.

The easiest way to get to Casa Grande is to drive to SW 2nd Avenue (accessed from SW 7th or 8th Streets on the North, or from Coral Way on the South). Once on SW 2nd Avenue, turn east when you get to SW 11th Street (there's a Miami Fire Department station on the Southeast corner of 11th Street and SW 2nd Avenue). Follow 11th Street one block and make left (there is no other way to turn, since there is a park to the right and the Metrorail Station straight ahead). Go down two blocks and the Casa Grande building is on the left hand side, just north of 10th Street. Parking is in an empty lot adjacent to the building's south side. (Do not park on the rear lot, those spaces are marked and reserved and you will be towed). 

Alternatively, you can drive southbound on SW 1st Avenue, park on the metered parking on the east lanes of SW 1st Avenue and cross the street towards the building.

Naturally, you can always take Metrorail and exit on the Brickell Station, Casa Grande will be on your left as you exit.
