Directions: Local Area Access The Brickell Metrorail Station divides SW 1st Avenue in two: Southbound 1st Avenue traffic runs on the lanes east of the station. The west lane of SW 1st Avenue (where the Casa Grande building sits) runs northbound, but is interrupted by numerous one-way and dead-end streets.
